The “DiiaTy” Mental Health Hub invites you to the pre-Easter online course “Reconstruction from Sin” — a space where psychology and spirituality walk hand in hand to help you understand yourself better.
During Great Lent, we offer the opportunity to:
- reflect on what sin is and explore its nature;
- find the answer to the question: why do we often confess the same sin over and over again?
- discover paths to transformation and mindfulness.
Lecturers:
- Mariia Trakalo — Co-founder of the “DiiaTy” Mental Health Hub, psychologist.
- Fr. Stepan Myshkovskyi — Priest, spiritual director of the “DiiaTy” Mental Health Hub.
What to expect:
- six online sessions every Monday at 8:00 PM;
- engaging topics and discussions;
- “homework” for personal reflection;
- Q&A opportunities;
- access to lecture recordings for six months.
