Taking care of mental health is a normal part of life for every Ukrainian.

01 - How to choose a psychologist?

You can choose specialists on the website and select them based on the areas they work with. Alternatively, you can contact our consultant, who will help you find the right specialist for you.

02 - I don’t know how to formulate my request correctly?

We offer an initial consultation with a specialist, who will help you form the direction of your work with a psychologist.

03 - How to pay for services?

Payment for consultations with psychologists and psychotherapists must be made no longer than 24 hours before the session, based on the details provided in the chat with the consultant. Payment can also be made via international bank accounts. Also, you can pay for 10 sessions at the beginning of the course or split the payment according to our packages.

Spiritual support in the Hub is free of charge.

04 - How much does a psychologist consultation cost?

The cost of prices ranges from 1000 to 2000 UAH, depending on the specifics of the work and the specialist.

05 - How many sessions do I need to improve my condition?

We recommend starting with 10 sessions to help stabilize your condition. It is entirely up to the patient to decide whether to continue working with the specialist.

06 - Is everything we discuss in the session confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed during a psychological session or session with a spiritual mentor is completely confidential, and the information shared is not passed on to third parties.

07 - Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your session with a specialist, but you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel later, your session fee will not be refunded.

08 - I still have a question, what should I do?
